Steak Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank Steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 3 cups broccoli frozen
  • 2 cups large carrots peeled and sliced

Stir Fry Sauce

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seed

Instructions

Stir Fry Sauce

  • Whisk together sauce ingredients in small bowl and set aside

Stir Fry

  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Spray broccoli and carrots with avocado oil spray and cook in oven for 45 minutes
  • Towards the end of the veggies cooking, heat olive oil in pan and cut up steak into small pieces.
  • Season steak with salt and pepper and cook in pan over medium heat
  • Once veggies and steak are done cooking combine them into one pan and pour sauce over everything and combine
  • Optional: serve over quinoa (if not doing whole 30) or carb of choice
