Steak Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank Steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 3 cups broccoli frozen
- 2 cups large carrots peeled and sliced
Stir Fry Sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seed
Instructions
Stir Fry Sauce
- Whisk together sauce ingredients in small bowl and set aside
Stir Fry
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Spray broccoli and carrots with avocado oil spray and cook in oven for 45 minutes
- Towards the end of the veggies cooking, heat olive oil in pan and cut up steak into small pieces.
- Season steak with salt and pepper and cook in pan over medium heat
- Once veggies and steak are done cooking combine them into one pan and pour sauce over everything and combine
- Optional: serve over quinoa (if not doing whole 30) or carb of choice
