Spicy Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Microwaveable Jasmine Rice
- 1/4 cup Shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup Cucumber
- Topped with Spicy Mayo combine Mayo 2 tbsp with 1 tsp sriracha and pepper
- Cilantro
- Sesame Seeds
- Avocado
- 7 uncooked Shrimp seasoned with:
- —-Garlic powder
- —-Onion Powder
- —-Paprika
- —-Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Microwave jasmine rice and add to bowl
- Cut up cucumber and add cucumber and shredded carrots to the bowl as well
- Season shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
- Sauté in a pan over medium heat with olive oil until no longer grey
- Mix together mayo and sriracha
- Add shrimp to bowl
- Top with spicy mayo, cilantro, avocado, and sesame seeds
