This breakfast is so easy for meal prep and can be taken on the go!

Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice (I like blueberries)
Instructions
- Mash up your banana in a bowl or mason jar with a fork
- Add your the rest of the ingredients (oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, almond, fruit of choice and cinnamon)
- Stir ingredients together or shake mason jar to combine ingredients
- Store in fridge overnight to let ingredeints soak together
- Take out of fridge the next day and enjoy (I eat mine cold but you can also heat them up in the microwave )
