Italian Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together and form into balls.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in medium frying pan.
- Place meatballs in frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning often to brown all sides.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with lid. This allows the meatballs to cook more throughout.
- Cook for three minutes with the lid on.
- Take out and enjoy on top of your favorite pasta or in a meatball sub! I used chickpea pasta and marinara.
