Homemade Perfect Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1¼ cup oat flour (blended oats)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and honey to a bowl and mix well
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir
- Press ingredients into the bottom of a parchment lined bread pan
- Place in freezer for an hour
- Take out and let thaw for 5 minutes before cutting into bar shapes
