Servings 12 Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats quick doesn’t work as well
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Dash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix together ingredients above in a bowl
  • Roll together into balls
  • Place in fridge to snack on throughout the week
