Chia Seed Jam

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries or berry of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a pot and simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes
  • Once jam thickens transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight, this allows it to thicken more
