Buffalo Chicken Orzo

Ingredients
- 8 chicken tenders
- 1 cup uncooked orzo
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce @primalkitchenfoods
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt ranch or @tobysfamilyfoods
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Greek onions
Instructions
- Cut up chicken tender and sauté in large sauce pan with some olive oil
- Add 2 cups water to a medium pot and add orzo
- Simmer until cooked
- Cut up celery, green onions, and tomatoes
- Mix together cooked chicken, orzo, celery, cherry tomatoes, green onions, shredded carrots
- Top with Buffalo sauce and ranch
- Mix until coated
- Divide into four meal preps and enjoy throughout the week.
