Sheet Pan Meal Prep
Servings 4 Lunches
Ingredients
- 2 peppers
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 4 chicken sausages
- 1 red onion
- 1 head broccoli
- Optional: Tuscan kale base
- Seasonings measure with your heart
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic Powder
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Top with feta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cut up chicken sausage and veggies
- Put in a bag and top with olive oil and seasoning, mix together until fully coated
- Add to a sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes
- Divide into four meal prep containers. Optional: sauté kale for the bottom of the dish
- Top with feta and enjoy heated up throughout the week.
