Prosciutto Fig Goat Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 naan flatbread (I used Aldi brand)
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- t tsp garlic minced
- 4 dried figs cut into 4s
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup arugula
- balsamic glaze
Caramelized Onions
- 1/4 white onion sliced
- 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener or sweetner of choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Place flatbread on a sheet pan to prepare
- Top half the flatbread with pesto
- Combine garlic and olive oil in a small dish and brush on the other half of the flatbread
- Next, add goat cheese and cut up figs
- Place flatbread with goat cheese in the oven for 12-15 minutes until flatbread is golden brown
- While flatbread is cooking add onions, monkfruit sweetner (or sugar) with olive oil to a pan and cook over medium heat to caramelize the onions.
- When flatbread is cooked add your caramelized onions, prosciutto, and arugula to the flatbread
- Top with balsamic glaze
- Cut your pizza into squares and enjoy!
