Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Old fashioned gluten free or regular Oats
- Dash of vanilla
- 1 tbs maple symup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 8 Raspberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Jam
Instructions
- Blend together base mixture above
- Add half of it to a sprayed, oven safe bowl
- Mash up raspberries and add in maple syrup to create jam
- Add jam to center but save a bit for topping after
- Top with the rest of the blended mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Top with peanut butter and jam and enjoy!
