Maple Sheet Pan Meal Prep
Servings 4 Lunches
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked grain of choice. I used a microwave blend rice to make it easy.
- 2 kielbasa turkey sausages
- 3 cups precut butternut squash
- 3 cups shaved Brussels
Sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Chop up your turkey sausage and place into a large zip lock bag with butternut squash and Brussels
- Mix together olive oil, maple syrup, garlic and spices
- Pour mixture over veggies and shake in bag to evenly coat
- Place mixture onto pan and place in oven for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes stir and bake for another 15 minutes
- Place in four meal prep containers with grain and enjoy throughout the week!
