Honey Mustard Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 bag brussel sprouts
  • 2 large carrots chopped
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 4 chicken sausages chopped

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp dijon or grainy mustard
  • pinch sea salt & pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Cut up the veggies and chicken sausage and toss in olive oil
  • Put them on a sheet pan and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes
  • While meat and veggies are cooking in the oven combine honey mustard sauce in a bowl and whisk together
  • After meat and veggies are done cooking pour honey mustard sauce over them
  • Place back in oven for 5 minutes to let the sauce soak in
