Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • cups all purpose flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix together
  • Add flour on countertop and dumb dough onto counter to knead
  • Knead together until pizza like dough consistency, takes about 5-10 minutes of kneading
  • If dough is still sticky more flour can be added
  • Once pizza dough is ready flatten it with a rolling pin or use your hands to shape it into shape of choice, I have found that an oval shape works best with this dough
  • Top with sauce and toppings of choice
  • Place on greesed pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Take out and let cool before cutting
