Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix together
- Add flour on countertop and dumb dough onto counter to knead
- Knead together until pizza like dough consistency, takes about 5-10 minutes of kneading
- If dough is still sticky more flour can be added
- Once pizza dough is ready flatten it with a rolling pin or use your hands to shape it into shape of choice, I have found that an oval shape works best with this dough
- Top with sauce and toppings of choice
- Place on greesed pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Take out and let cool before cutting
