Servings 12 Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats quick doesn’t work as well
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Dash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients above in a bowl
- Roll together into balls
- Place in fridge to snack on throughout the week
