Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries or berry of choice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot and simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes
- Once jam thickens transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight, this allows it to thicken more
