Candy Cane Caprese
Ingredients
- 1 Log Fresh Mozzarella thin sliced
- 3 Medium Tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Basil
- Baguette
Instructions
- Cut up tomatoes into thin slices
- Cut Mozzarella Log into thin slices as well
- Layer tomato and then mozzarella into a candy cane shape
- Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Cut up Baguette into small slices
- Brush with olive oil
- Toast in oven at 350 for 10 minutes
