Buffalo Chicken Dip
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast cut into really small pieces
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 3 tbsp light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Buffalo sauce of choice
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Green Onions
Instructions
- Cut up chicken into small pieces and cook coat with 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- Cook in a small pan until cooked through
- Add to a dish and add in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Buffalo sauce, and half the cheese and other tbsp of ranch seasoning
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Mix together and top with the rest of the cheese
- Microwave for 1 more minute and top with blue cheese and green onions
