BLT Pasta Salad Meal Prep
Servings 4 Lunches
Ingredients
- 8 Oz Protein Pasta of Choice
- 1/2 Cup Pearled Mozzarella Balls
- 8 Pieces Bacon
- 4 Cups Arugula
- 1 Cupp Cherry Tomatoes Cut in half
Sauce
- 1/8 Cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Pesto
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil water and cook pasta according to package
- Cut up bacon into small pieces and sauté in a pan until cooked through, drain grease and pat bacon dry with a paper towel
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half
- Mix together ingredients for dressing
- Combine noodles, bacon, mozzarella balls, arugula, and cherry tomatoes
- Mix in sauce and combine
- Divide into 4 meal prep containers
- Enjoy heated up or cold throughout the week
