Air Fried Sweet Potato Fries with Creamy Sriracha Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Sriracha Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup
- 2 tsp sriracha
Instructions
- Wash sweet potatoes and cut into fry wedges
- Season with olive oil and seasonings
- Bake in the air fryer at 380 for 18 minutes
- Shake your air fry basket halfway through to get wedges to move around and cook evenly
Sriracha Sauce
- While the fries are cooking combine your ingredients for the sriracha sauce in a bowl
- Stir together to combine ingredients
- Serve with fries!
